Welcome to Clink! These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Clink app and services. By accessing or using Clink, you agree to comply with these Terms. If you do not agree, please refrain from using our services.
1. User Eligibility
1.1 Age Restrictions:
To use Clink, users must be at least 9 years old. Users under the age of 18 are encouraged to use the app under parental guidance. Clink does not knowingly collect age-specific data.
1.2 Geographic Restrictions:
Clink is designed for users in India. While users outside India may access the app, features, services, and rewards are tailored for Indian restaurants and users.
2. Account Creation
2.1 Account Requirements:
To create an account, users must provide valid and accurate information, including their name, email address, and phone number. Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials.
2.2 Account Maintenance:
- Users must ensure their account information is up to date.
- Only one account is permitted per user. Duplicate accounts may be merged or suspended at Clink's discretion.
3. Prohibited Actions
Clink strictly prohibits the following activities:
- Misuse of Loyalty Programs: Fraudulent actions such as creating fake accounts, duplicating rewards, or tampering with loyalty points.
- Misrepresentation: Providing false information to claim rewards or offers.
- Unauthorized Access: Attempting to access, hack, or disrupt Clink's systems or other user accounts.
- Inappropriate Use of Instagram Reward Features: Posting irrelevant, offensive, or false content when participating in Instagram-based rewards.
- Violation of Laws: Engaging in any activity that breaches Indian laws or regulations.
- Data Exploitation: Extracting data from the app for unauthorized purposes, such as resale or phishing.
Violations of these terms may result in account suspension or termination.
4. Termination Policy
4.1 User-Initiated Termination:
Users can terminate their account at any time via the app or by contacting Clink's support team.
4.2 Clink-Initiated Termination:
Clink reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts under the following conditions:
- Violation of the Terms of Service.
- Engagement in fraudulent or inappropriate behavior.
- Prolonged inactivity (with prior notice).
4.3 Post-Termination Data Handling:
Upon termination, user data will be managed according to Clink's Privacy Policy. Personal data will be deleted unless retention is required by law.
5. Service Changes or Discontinuation
5.1 Modifications and Updates:
Clink reserves the right to modify, add, or remove features or services at any time without prior notice.
5.2 Temporary Suspension:
Clink may temporarily suspend access to the app for maintenance, updates, or other operational reasons.
5.3 App Discontinuation:
Clink may discontinue its services entirely with reasonable notice to users. Any changes to these Terms will be communicated through the app or via email.
6. Liability Limitations
- Service Issues: Clink is not responsible for interruptions, delays, or inaccuracies in its services caused by technical errors, third-party integrations, or unforeseen circumstances.
- Reward Accuracy: Clink aggregates loyalty programs and is not responsible for errors in points, rewards, or offers provided by partner restaurants.
- Data Security: While Clink employs robust security measures, it cannot guarantee complete protection from unauthorized access, breaches, or data loss.
- Third-Party Services: Clink is not responsible for the actions or policies of third-party services, including Instagram or partner restaurants.
7. Governing Law
These Terms will be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these Terms will be resolved exclusively in the courts of Bangalore, India.
8. Changes to the Terms of Service
Clink reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Users will be notified of significant changes through the app or via email. Continued use of the app after such changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. We encourage users to review these Terms periodically for updates.
